The Spotland fans saw their side facing relegation woes.
Haven went into
gear after only 3 minutes as Haven stand off Carl Rudd sliced
through the home defence to open the scoring , Haven then went
on to score futher tries through Richard Fletcher and Craig
Calvert with the ever-dependable Rudd adding two conversions.
However Rochdale
never gave up and responded with tries from Mark McCully and
Eric Andrews, McCully twice converting to make it 16-12 at half-time.
The home team continued
to battle away in the second half but Haven ratched up two more
tries through Scott Mcavoy and Carl Sice plus a further Carl
Rudd goals to seal the victory . |
