Catch Nanyn if
you can!
 Quite
rightly chosen as Man of the Match, Mike Nanyn showed he was
unstoppable in just the opening minutes by romping in for the
first Haven try. Sadly his kicking skills need some fine tuning
and many conversions went begging.
The second try was
a Nanyn set-up and pass on to Howard Hill. English had replied
for Swinton with neat kick through and touchdown. O'Neill then
made it 14-6. A very live wire Brett MacDermott created his own
tocuh down just before the half-time hoot. During the break the
Recre crowd of just over 1,000 welcomed aboard 16 year old Mark
Bainbridge on his three year Haven deal. |
